Top Forearm Strength Exercises For Rock Climbers

No grip strength, climbing and bouldering are impossible, and grip strength in the final results of the effort arm.
It is therefore important to exercise, to combine all these three areas in your training target forearm. Described below are only a few basic exercises that can go into a forearm productive.
Static Crashes
It is simply the best performance of the simplest and develop arm strength. Implies a static hang suspended form of a bar until you can no longer take place.
